Phil is a construction industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience across residential and commercial projects. He founded Rabbit Residential to bring greater quality, value, and accountability to Seattle homeowners after seeing a clear gap in the market. Today, he leads custom home and remodeling projects across Seattle with a practical, disciplined approach shaped by years of hands-on construction leadership and team building.
His background taught him that construction works best when the team understands the client’s goals, manages resources carefully, and stays focused on execution. That perspective shapes how Rabbit Residential approaches every project, from custom homes to remodels, with an emphasis on structure, communication, and decisions that support long-term value.
Phil is committed to helping homeowners create homes that fit both the way they live and the budget they are working within, including smart material options that allow for flexibility without losing sight of quality.
Tushar Patel
Tushar brings together design instinct, construction leadership, and a strong understanding of how people live in a space. His interest in improving homes started early and grew through personal renovation projects, investment properties, and years leading major facilities and construction programs for companies including Amazon, Microsoft, Uber, and Boeing.
He is especially focused on flow, light, color, and long-term livability. Tushar enjoys solving awkward layouts, improving function, and creating spaces that feel warm, intentional, and built to last.
At Rabbit Residential, he applies that experience in a more personal way, helping homeowners create both new homes and renovations that are beautiful, practical, and aligned with how they actually live.
